Surat penawaran yang digunakan untuk menginformasikan kepada calon pembeli atau respon terhadap inquiry letter. Surat ini bertujuan untuk memberi informasi kepada calon pembeli tentang produk yang akan perusahaan jual yang berisi informasi seperti harga,potongan harga,termin. Sehingga berfungi untuk melindungi kesepakatan antara kedua belah pihak,sehingga kontrak menjadi lebih jelas dan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk menjaga cashflow.

Quotation letter used to inform the prospective buyer or the response to the inquiry  letter. This letter is intended to inform prospective buyers about the products that will sell the company that contains information such as pricing, discounts, terms. Thus functioning to protect the agreement between the two sides, so that the contract becomes more obvious and can be used as a guideline to maintain cash flow.
